Plans, billing, and getting paid

What you pay us (your plan and per-use costs) and how you charge your own clients through Stripe under your own name.

What you pay us

Settings → Billing shows your plan and trial. Every account starts with a 14-day trial of everything and no card; picking a plan keeps the trial running until its end date before your card is charged.

  1. Solo (€29/month) — one notary, the whole workflow, the transparency ledger and proofs.
  2. Practice (€89/month) — everything in Solo, the white-label portal on your own domain, and qualified signatures included each month.
  3. Identity checks (€1.40) and qualified signatures (€4.90) are billed per use on top of either plan. SSO, teamspaces, your own issuer key or data residency live on Firm — the page links to us.
  4. Cancel any time; no setup fee.

How you get paid

Settings → Payments (visible when the platform has payments enabled). Press Set up payments and you create a Stripe account in your own name — Stripe verifies you directly, and the arrangement stays strictly between you and your clients:

  1. Who holds the money — Stripe, in your account.
  2. What your client sees — your business name.
  3. Refunds and disputes — yours, handled in your own Stripe dashboard.
Settings → Payments: Stripe in your name — we never hold your clients' money.

We never hold your customers' money

Payouts go straight from Stripe to your own bank. The platform takes no cut of your fees.
