2 · What is not on this list
There is no analytics provider, no advertising network and no tracking pixel — in the product, on this site, or in the emails a signer receives. Fonts are served from our own domain. A notary who connects their own email or payment account brings their own provider relationship; we do not see the credentials.
Exchange rates for the approximate price shown in a visitor's own currency are fetched on a schedule from a rates service. Nothing about any person is sent to it — it is asked what a currency is worth, not who is asking — so it processes no personal data and is not a sub-processor.
3 · Changes
We update this page before a new sub-processor starts processing customer data. Under the Data Processing Addendum you may object on reasonable data protection grounds — write to privacy@selfservicenotary.com.
- 22 August 2026 — Added Twilio, which delivers one-time codes and appointment reminders by text. It had been in use and undisclosed.
