The e-journal
Every completed act lands in the journal with its date, the document, the parties, the identity method used, and the ledger entry that vouches for it. It is the record an auditor or a court asks for — searchable, and exportable.
Live sessions
When live sessions are switched on for the platform, the Sessions page becomes your calendar: book a slot with a customer, host the video room from the session page, admit participants, present the document, record — or join as an observer when the notary is running the room. Guests reach the room with one link, no account needed.
Who can host
The owner and a QES seat can host a room; admins and members join it. The act itself — sealing — always stays with the owner's commission.
