Clients upload the document and answer your intake questions. A photo-ID and liveness check can run before you meet, at €2 per completed check — it screens early and does not replace your own identification of the signer.

Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Practice. Point a domain or subdomain you own — book.your-practice.com, say — at your portal and the certificate is provisioned for you. The domain stays yours.
Do my clients need to create an account?
No. Clients act through secure email links. If they want to see their history later, an account is available on your portal.
How do clients pay, and do you take a cut?
They pay into your own Stripe account, in that account's currency — US dollars for a US account. You are the merchant of record. We take no commission; card fees are Stripe's.
What does it cost, in dollars?
Plans are priced and billed in euros: Practice is €89 a month and Solo €29. Where we can, the page shows an estimate in your currency beside each price; your card issuer converts at its own rate. What your clients pay you is always in your own Stripe account's currency.
Is the portal on every plan?
The white-label portal is part of Practice. Your 14-day trial includes it with no card; to keep it after the trial, choose Practice.
Does Self Service Notary notarize documents?
No. It is software for commissioned notaries. You perform every notarial act under your own commission; the portal prepares the job and keeps the record.
